- All students will be required to have their own set of text books and Professional Chef's Knife kit. (Budget R5000.00)
- Students are also required to have three sets of uniforms. (Budget R2000.00).
- The student needs to supply black (preferably) or brown closed lace-up or clog-style chef shoes.
