The Fusion Cooking School is centrally located in Westville, a leafy-green surburb of Durban in South Africa. Up to 35 people can be accommodated at the air-conditioned venue, which opens up on to an outdoor swimming pool area with relaxed seating under umbrellas on the verandah and up at the gazebo.

There are three kitchens: The Restaurant kitchen, the Training Kitchen, and the Pastry Kitchen.

There is also Student Accomodation available on-site.
